Maag Quarter Horses

Welcome to Maag Quarter Horses! Established in 1970. We are located on the west edge of the beautiful Flint Hills in East Central Kansas. We are lifetime members of AQHA.

Our bloodlines read like a "who's who" of the AQHA. We breed for quality, conformation, great minds, athletic ability as well as color. Two of our stallions are gray, the other red roan. Our bloodlines consist of Jackie Bee, Gold Fingers, Blue Gold, Eddie, Mr Spanish Lee, Two Rocks, Parkers Trouble, Three Bars, Super Roan Bar, Skipper W, Nick W, Blondy's Dude and Magnolia Bars.

From 1971 until 1985 I bred my 3 mares to Jackie Bee and Tee Jay Badger. Beginning in 1985 I started breeding my daughters of Jackie Bee to Gold Fingers (the 1st year Duane Walker had Gold Fingers). What a super cross. I bought Eddies Questa Bars (son of Gray Ed 3/4 brother to Gold Fingers) in the spring of 1991 and bred him to daughters of Jackie Bee and Gold Fingers. Crossed super with him. He died in the spring of 2001 at the age of 23. Jackie Bee died in 1990 at the age of 28.

Since 2001 I have used Hesa Blue Eddie too and Ima Spanish Rebel on my mares with outstanding results. I added Jess Three in the Spring of 2005 to use as an outcross on some of my mares. I am anxiously awaiting the foals out of this cross that are due May 2006.

Please stop by, call or email about any of our horses. We will answer all inquiries. Hope you enjoy the tour about our horses. When you are through, please sign out guestbook and let me know what you think, I would love to hear from you.
